About Our Casa Grande Roofing Company

We fix and replace roofs on homes around Casa Grande. Most of our customers have jobs, kids and plans of their own. So we give you a start date we can actually hit, a window for when we'll arrive, and a call when something changes.

Why We Run the Schedule the Way We Do

Most roofing complaints aren't about the roof. They're about waiting. A crew says Tuesday and shows up Friday. Nobody calls. You took the morning off for nothing. We set up our company to avoid that, because it's the part of the job people remember.

It starts with being honest about time. A tile roof that needs new underlayment takes longer than a shingle tear-off, and a low-slope roof with a foam coating has its own drying time. We tell you how many days your job should take and why. If we think it'll run long, we say so before we start, not on day three.

Weather is the other piece. Summer here means crews on the roof at first light and off before the worst of the afternoon heat. Monsoon season brings wind, dust and sudden downpours from about July into September. We plan around both, and when a storm pushes us back, you hear it from us that day along with the new date.

How We Work With You

Arrival windows, not whole days

We give you a window for when we'll show up, for the estimate and for the work. If we're running late, we call before the window closes.

A call when plans change

Materials sometimes arrive late. Weather turns. A deck board turns out to be soft under the old tile. When anything moves your date or your price, we tell you what happened and what comes next.

Realistic timelines in writing

Your written estimate lists the work line by line and how many days we expect it to take. It also notes what could add time, like rotted decking or a permit inspection.

A clean site each evening

We cover what needs covering, keep the roof watertight overnight and pick up nails and scraps before we leave. You shouldn't have to step around our mess to get to your car in the morning.

Where We Work

We're based around Casa Grande and work on homes across the area, including Maricopa, Coolidge, Eloy and Florence. We also take jobs in Queen Creek, Gilbert and Chandler. Farther drives are planned into the schedule from the start, so a longer trip doesn't turn into a late arrival.

The homes we see most are stucco houses with concrete tile or shingle roofs, plus plenty of flat and low-slope sections. Sun and heat break down underlayment, sealants and flashing faster than most people expect. We handle roof repair, roof replacement, storm damage repair, roof inspection and gutters, and you can read more about each on our Services page.
